So help me out here — how many little skunklets are in this picture? I can’t tell! But they sure are cute.

    I think I see five.

These guys are so cute! It’s a shame they’re so smelly. :(

I believe you are correct, Brinnann! At first, I thought there were three, then immediately realized there were four noses in the bowl. Then it seemed like there were five tails, but I couldn’t see another head. I think the fifth head is in the center, behind the sibs’ heads.

    So you win the prize!

When my mother was young her family adopted a skunk as a pet, had it de-scented, and named it Rosebud! I only saw it in pictures but it was adorable, and skunks don’t have to be smelly!

Hi! My name is Gunny and I am an 8 week old male skunk. Those are 5 of my distant cousins, striped skunks. At this age we cannot spray and if we are not afraid, we will not even stinker. My human mommy loves to play tug of war with a knotted sock and thinks it is sweet when I snuggle into her neck. I get along fine with my one canine brother and 4 feline brothers. My family members make great adopted brothers and sisters, but not all states think so, so before you adopt one of us, make sure you can do so legally. Thank you for showing me pictures of my cousins. I think I am cuter than they are, but they are still good lookin’ kits.
